Working a Sunday evening shift at the hospital. Kickin' around, trying to convince myself that the Sunday overtime rate makes up for how sleep deprived I will be when I wake up at 5:45 tomorrow morning. It's been a good shift: my wards have been pretty peaceful, and the 8B nurses fed me delicious Filipino food for dinner, and I managed to catch some of tonight's episode of MasterChef in the RMO lounge.
(MasterChef season is upon us, yyyeeeeeah. I do not regret my addiction.)
Only four more weeks of plastic surgery to go, and then I move to Emergency at a smaller hospital. I'm really looking forward to doing a term with a bit more variety, I must say.
