Dear [FAHYE],
I am pleased to report that the Stage 3 Examination Committee endorsed the result of Satisfactory for you in the Stage 3 Year 4 Summative Written (Barrier) Assessment. You are now permitted to progress to Term J (PRINT term) of the Sydney Medical Program.
By which they mean: 'unless you put some real effort into failing Print, ie. never showing up, or maybe refusing to do the single assignment, doctorhood awaits'.

It's very wet outside, but I am determined to venture out and get chicken satay and roti canai from the evening markets near the station. Malaysian deliciousness and Suits -- an excellent way to spend an evening.
