OOPS

To distract myself from overthinking the whole intern placement debacle I have been reading Ray Bradbury and T.S. Eliot in approximately equal measure, meaning that right now the inside of my head is sublime but absolutely spinning. On top of that I've had Sassoon's 'Everyone Sang' beating around my brain and trying out different rhythms since last night.

So now I am drinking Baileys neat in order to calm the words the words the words the words down. (THE SINGING WILL NEVER BE DONE.)

Excellent life decisions Fahye.

TRULY EXCELLENT.

I LOVE THIS MOVIE. I BOUGHT IT THE SECOND I SAW THE DVD. I KNOW SO MANY OF THESE SONGS STILL.

I've been offline for so long, I haven't been very good at keeping up with what's going on with people. YOU, WOMAN, WHUT? I AM CONCERNED FOR YOU.

Are you still waiting for your intern placement? I just went through that with grad school and I know how you feel! Thankfully, I turned 21 JUST in time to help myself get through the process with copious amounts of Dogfish and rereading half of my bookshelf (Joe Mitchell, all 600 pages of him, and a Abraham Lincoln biography that clocked in at 900 pages uuugh)

But more importantly. SHOULD I BE CONCERNED FOR YOU? DON'T GO TOWARDS THE FLASHING LIGHTS.

I GOT my NSW intern placement and it's one I have ambiguous feelings about; it'll take ages before I hear about the ACT later-round offers, so my future is still UNCERTAIN and I hate that :/
