DEAR BRAIN:
SHUT UP & GO TO SLEEP
WE HAVE A MEETING AT SEVEN TOMORROW MORNING, WHICH MEANS: AWAKE AT SIX
Ugh ugh ugh why do my thought processes always perk up the most on the nights when it is most imperative that I get some decent sleep? It's not even creativity, just...busyness.
I guess I'll go and throw myself into the arms of Bertrand Russell. I'm up to Locke's political philosophy in the endless bedtime story that is his HoWP, and I want to have finished the book by the time I return to Orange so that I can start devouring a whole lot of Peter Ackroyd's stuff about London and Shakespeare instead.
