this is not a drill
There was going to be something flippant and clever here but I have no brainpower left with which to construct it because
a) I think I am coming down with something lethal and virus-y, so putting words next to one another is like swimming through fog, and
b) all remaining brainpower went into the final push that meant my bloody fucking horrible wonderful agonising Ariadne/Arthur/Eames fic is FINALLY FINISHED.
Total wordcount: 23,605
By this point I have absolutely nothing resembling perspective on this thing, it could be a pile of raving shite and I wouldn't have a clue, so I have sent it off to be proofread and critiqued by saner eyes than mine. And in a couple of days it might actually be POSTED.
Oh, man, if nobody ends up reading this monster I will turn purple and throw fruitcake at the walls.
