Uh oh. I'm currently dwelling in that extremely dangerous state where there's no immediate deadline stressing me out (beyond an anatomy test next Tuesday, but that's NEXT TUESDAY) and so all I want to do is wallow around in my chilly room, drinking cups of tea* and writing**.
*The thing you need to realise about my hospital is that there is always free food somewhere, and today we tracked down the free food and made plans to come back once it had been picked over by the conference group it was meant for, but when we did...the leftovers had been cleared away and only the tea & coffee stuff was left. So we sullenly stole a whole lot of teabags, because they had TWININGS and that shit is actually good quality! and therefore pricy! And this is what your life boils down to when you are at med school: never mind the patients and the glorious institution of learning in whose halls you are treading, free Twinings teabags are what really get you excited.
**Remember this one? I'm writing the sequel. It has similar themes but a soundtrack of Tori Amos instead of Rogue Traders; grasping hold of a character one dropped a long time ago is difficult.

My parents are visiting this weekend, spurring a whole lot of --> \o/
But that means I really should get my lecture notes typed up. Sigh.
(We're almost finished neuro! I am desolate! No more brains :(((( Endocrine & gastro to come.)
