Yeah, pretty much :D Basically that if you want to use it to stay awake, then ONLY use it when you need to stay awake, and even then it's best to use it in the mornings to overcome sleep inertia; tolerance can build up pretty fast, and drinking it too close to bed can mess with your sleep patterns.
