I was considering signing up for this year's RemixRedux because clearly I am CRAZY (I had a lot of fun with last year's, though!) ... but the entry conditions are that you have to have written five stories in a fandom to be considered. I was assuming three, so I was all excited about being able to include Harry Potter and Doctor Who in my list this year. FIVE. I haven't written five stories for anything except BSG (or, uh, Milliways), and I am so far from the BSG-writing headspace right now that it would become a chore rather than a fun task, so I guess I'll give that one a miss this year.

My complete inability to focus on a single fandom is not serving me well here :(

For the curious: it's still early days in med school & I'm living on campus so I've got a bit of free time, and while most of it is being devoted to kicking ryokophoenix's birthday present into shape (6922 words so far. STOP INTROSPECTING YOU STUPID BRATS.), I haven't forgotten my Bones WIPs or any of those other things that I truly intend to finish one day.

And now to buy coffee* before my global health lecture, because I got ravenous and ate my sandwich at 11am (oops) and this lecture is frustratingly scheduled right over the top of the college lunch hour, so my next chance to eat will be at dinner.

*And Strepsils. Bleeeeeuuuggghhh. My throat is punishing me for something.
