See icon. Exhausted. Grumpy. Still can't write, and the frustrating pressure of not being able to produce & arrange words properly has morphed into a delightful mixture of nausea and depression. I hate this. I hate it!

However there's nothing like a good David Attenborough video (thanks, tutorial on parasitic insects) to make you glad that humans have largely extricated themselves from the ecosystem and so you don't have to worry about predators that pounce, glue their babies to your stomach, and then let you go.

(Reason #27 I Am Glad I Am Not Dean Winchester: this could actually happen. You know there's a giant demon wasp out there somewhere that just wants to drop down from a high tree branch and lay eggs on Sam while the soundtrack violins screech intimidatingly. The episode would contain gratuitous shots of Sam's abdominal muscles and at least seven mpreg jokes, and the climax would involve Dean attacking the wasp with a flamethrower and a defiant scream of MY BROTHER IS NOT YOUR INCUBATOR, BITCH!)

I think I need to go lie down.
