Dude. 894 signups and yet only 389 fics posted by deadline? Is this normal, O Ye Yuletide Veterans?

bantha_fodder pointed out to me, we have to sit around refreshing for half of the day itself whilst the Americans catch up with the times. I am already jittery with excitement. And I have only opened my own fic in a tab and stared at it obsessively TWICE today, which is a vast improvement on yesterday, although I HAVE watched my self-edited all-outmaking-alla-time version of 'The Eye Of Jupiter' about five times. I get home from work so braindead that I can't make myself do anything else but stare at screens.
More news from the life of Fahye: the only two days I have free within the next two weeks are this Saturday and Xmas Day itself. And my father leaves for Jamboree on the 28th, taking with him the big car and the trailer, so all the furniture has to be moved before then. SO. I will be moving home on...Christmas Day. This'll be GREAT fun.
