What you get when Freya overuses the lj-cut…
I’m going to show you some FASCINATING little posts which I found whilst perusing the back entries of my dear darling friends… you may find them eye-opening. Or possibly disturbing.
Mel first. Because I felt like it.
Ever done that thing where someone writes part of a story, then passes it on so the next person can write the next part? You do it in paragraphs or so, and it ends up being a very weird, but extremely nice story, cos if you put yourself in it, well, it can go anywhere. Me and a couple of friends (hikarudragon is one, take a look at her LJ )have started a book of this....maybe one day I'll type up the whole thing but for now just a summary.

We three girls are fighting evil in the world. (?) The first time we fight real evil it came in the form of....Nakago! And his evil (but very hot) army of robot Tiduses (Tidusi? Plurals are very strange in this story)! When we first come to get Nakago he commands all of his Tiduses to take off their shirts, so we swoon and pass out, when we wake up he is gone.
Anyway, it goes on like this - the next time we come we have other guys with us to distract us from swooning over the robots (I believe I ended up with Kenshin, Li (CCS) and Hunter (sweep series) distracting me. Quite fun). Stuff happens, and we destroy all the robots except one, which alice (hikarudragon) reprogrammes and makes into our slave. (hmmmm....)
I seem to have a great deal of relationship problems, most of which, surprisingly, are started by the other *glare* authors. When I choose kenshin over Hunter and Li, I think Li goes away but Hunter tries to kill us all. The story somehow twists around and then he also becomes are slave. (Pattern forming, anyone?) We have a v. cool house, BTW. (Dont you love the way I talk as if its real?)
nakago is the big bad - we see him a couple more times with no defeating of him.
Alice, by this time, is rather attached to Sanosuke, and him to her. Tegan (the other one) ended up with Tidus. There was a great deal of Yellow Boot trade - Alice got some from somewhere, tidus gave his to tegan, but alice stole them while she wasn't looking, took them to the boot maker and had them extended to thigh length and made shiny black (Teegs likes black) before returning them to her. Tidus got another pair of boots. (this all began because of Alice's unexplained and rather unhealthy fetish for Yellow Boots.
Moving on, we decide to confront Nakago (he has no Tidusbots left) at his hide out, which, for some reason, is Kami's Lookout. We decide we need back up and go to get the Fushigi Yuugi boys, who are having a reunion at Chichiri's house (*shrugs*). When we come in Chichiri's doing push ups, one handed, without a shirt. (No! That was NOT my idea! Although it was a good one...chichiri with no shirt is quite good ;) ) I'm not sure of the relevance of that but hey. This is where my relationships go wahoonie shaped again, as tasuki continually hits on me (woohoo!) So we take Chichiri, tasuki, hotorhori with me, alice, teegs, kenshin, sanosuke and tidus to Kami's place.
Tasuki hits on me again, then thats as far as we've got. Kenshin is practically on the verge of going insane cos of Tasuki, and Hunter, our manslave, is APPARENTLY still desperately in love with me. (I barely did any of my own relationships...Teegs enjoys watching my panic as I have to choose...)

i've decided Tasuki is the best of the boys - he is the hottest (and sweetest, most protective, charming, funny etc etc) guy ever, so I'm going for him. Now, to let Kenshin down gently with out making him go batousii (sp?) and killing everyone I'm bringing in kaoru. Problem solved, and I can live happily ever after with my Tasuki man until the next time Teegs decides to watch me suffer again.
(and then Mello goes on for a few more week’s worth of entries with “I love Tasuki he is so cool OMG is he not the hottest bandit EV-EERR….” etc.)

i resemble fuu and my other friends aer hikaru and umi. mel (ryokophoenix - check out her diary)is hikaru and tegan doesn't have a lj yet. well if i'm fuu you might ask why my name is hikarudragon, thats because i resemble hikaru, one of the three pilots in nadesico as well i'm also kinda spaz like her as well. my friends, the ones i mentioned b4 are ryoko and izumi. guess which ones ryoko. could it be mel? i'm sure like me you all have fantasy lives. well u can read a summary of me and my friends' one on ryokophoenixs' diary. you probably won't understand it in the slightest. its kinda a book that we pass around during school to pass the time. at the moment i'm with sano (from kenshin) but i'm considering moving onto someone like tamahome or hotohori. hmmm. decisions decisions.
what i said before about not posting too many pics, it can go to heck! i say heck instead of hell i like it better.
izumi, hikaru and ryoko. my personality fits much better with hikaru than fuu but hey. and as you've probably guessed i have glasses, but fortunately i dont have to wear them all the time. i am still hungry i think i'll be forced to eat some fruit or something healthy soon.

Hurrah Hurrah!!! I finally have a live journal!! Actually I got this over a week ago, but then the GODDAMN school got a new content keeper, and that blocked live journal. :( But NOW, for some unknown reason, i can get into it again. dunno how long that'll last. The bandit dance comment prob'ly doesn't make any sense to y'all, unless you've seen Fushigi Yuugi. And no, that ISN'T a sneeze, it's the name of an Anime. And TAsuki and Koji, who are bandits, do the CUTEST little dance, and you'll never guess what i call it? THE BANDIT DANCE!!! it's kinda like the dance of joy.
Crap, i have a MAJOR computing assignment due on Fri, and i've barely started it. I could've done it in class, but i just bum round in class, and love at pictures of god. (Hotohori) Hmm. I just got an email from a friend in queensland, who i REALLY don't wanna see, and she's coming to canberra. *sulk* BYE!

Hmmm. Just finished double science. v. scary, as we're doing reproduction (run away!) feel like i'm v. stoned. prob'ly cuz book-Teegs just came on to hotohori in a big way and now i'm grumpy cuz real life sux. ain't that the truth.
tomorrow is house sports day (cheer!). i mean, i hate sport, in fact i hate moving any parts of my body at all (except fingers-typing) but it means no school, and i've got about 5 teachers i have to avoid cuz i haven't handed in homework. school life is a stinky, stupid way to live, cuz i'm an unmotivated slob. that's the other thing: in the book, my thighs aren't an abomination to thigh kind. sigh. i love anime.
Have you noticed how pathetic i am? i stay back after school so i can write in my LJ and tell the world how pathetic i am. does that even make sense? i feel sorry 4 all of u though, cuz reading this is sure to put u in a bad mood. BECAUSE I'M A WHINGER!!!!! (no, but lots of people say so...)
I miss Tidus. Like, i've never really met him, but i miss him. if u've got a playstation, and haven't got Final Fantasy X? GET IT. because tidus is a babe and keeps me awake at night.

Okay. I’m sorry. That was probably rather mean and embarrassing and evil of me and I will be shunned for a while for my lack of tact. But I thought there was a slim chance you might find this amusing.
Just to put you in an even WORSE mood, here’s an extract from an email that my American fangirl friend Ember sent me, about the anime convention she went to:
Hey, that's very cool that we both went to conventions at about the same time :) Thanks for sending me those pictures, I'll share with you as soon as I get some developed :) I didn't cosplay tho... some of my friends did, but only as J-Rockers, not anime characters (last year they did Youji of Weiß Kreuz and Chocolate from Sorcerer Hunters). I like your dodgy costume, but I've never seen ayashi no ceres, so I don't even know who that is :) Your friends look cute too, I like their costumes as well. (I sent her a picture of us) You know, there were a lot of characters from Utena at my con too... I saw a few Utenas, several Tougas, and even an Anthy or two. There was someone else too, but I could only recognize the uniform, didn't know who she was supposed to be :) Let's see... it's getting to be kind of big... there were three thousand people (total) that came for at least one of the three days. Last year (the only other con i've been to), there were only like 1,200 people. That's a lot too, but way less than this year.
Let's see. I left Ashland on Thursday morning and got to Seaside at about three (it took six hours that time... i made good time :). We left Seaside for Seattle at five (well, more like six, but we met at five), and we got there about eleven (meaning I spent almost twelve hours in a car that day. We stayed the night at my friend amber's aunt's house and woke up early to take a ferry over to seattle, where the con was. We got to the hotel at like 10:30 and checked in and stuff. There wasn't much to do the first day because they were so unorganized. We ended up spending most of our time in the room, watching anime. It's very cool because they pipe three channels of anime into the rooms while we're there :)) They also have video rooms, where they show shows on big screens all day and all night >:) We had to go down at 1am to watch Hellsing, which was fine, because we're night people anyway.
(they have a WHOLE HOTEL for the convention!! With anime in the rooms… *sobs*)
Saturday was the best day, they had the Cosplay show, where they had 36 entries of people doing skits (and a few just showing off their costumes), which was pretty amusing, and they also had a dance later that night, where we got to spend like four hours sitting in a room full of incredibly good japanese music :)) Other than that, sunday had a closing ceremony.
We spent the rest of the time looking in the dealer's room and watching different anime shows on tv and in the video rooms. I got good stuff too. I got a Love Hina wall scroll and a Chobits wallscroll. I also got a whole bunch of manga (3 love hina, 3 chobits, 2 kare kano, and one of the clover books). I got a couple of little pins (one that says "sakura con" and one of Youji from Weiß Kreuz) and a plastic chobits thing to hang on the wall. I also bought X and Perfect Blue on DVD. But the best part by far was the Bobble Head Kuroneko-sama that I got. It's so cute!! It's about six inches tall and I'm in love with it. The dealer's room was awesome.
