Gee, That Fahye Sure Updates A Lot When She's Meant To Be Working.
Now that we've dealt with that: in a stunning display of bad timing, Placebo are playing in Canberra and I CAN'T GO because of my residential choir rehearsal weekend.
*sulks*
Sooo. Canberrans. Who wants to come and see Cirque de Soleil's Varekai with me in March next year? Tickets are on sale already.

....though I'm actually intending on trying to work there for the sheer fun of it, since ushering at a Cirque du Soleil show? SO COOL (plus you get literally paid to see the show) :)

Apps for the Canberra show open 20 January.
I did ushering for the previous show (Quidam) and that was AWESOME (plus the pay is great XD)

I am feeling very proactive in terms of employment tonight. I just printed off a CV and cover letter and am going to apply to be a Christmas casual at DJs this summer.

And Cirque pays GOOD. $18/hr, and you serve a shift for each show which is about 4 hours. Weekends there are two shows. Sundays are double-time. Sunday shifts are v-e-r-y popular XD
