Hahahahaha the psychology department killed WebCT. That'll teach them to have all of the online lab signups open at exactly the same time. I am torn between sitting here endlessly pressing 'refresh' in the hopes that the page will appear, and giving up and going home. YOU FOOLS. Just what I needed. If I don't get Wednesday afternoon for my health psych lab my timetable will be screwed.

After wading through a quagmire of panic and frustration, Fabian and I have arrived at the blissful isle of Having Conquered DVD Region Coding. Turns out if I keep the drive set on Region 1 then I can play US discs easily and VLC somehow plays Region 4 (Australian) discs anyway. The reverse does not work. GO FIGURE. But it's all fine and dandy now, and I watched the QaF S3 finale this morning, and it made me embarrassingly, deliriously happy.
