Oh, I like this icon. I do. I would have the biggest crush on Cristina if we weren't so damn alike that it'd just be creepy.

I have never been so glad I live only five minutes from my parents. Computer hijacking = so much easier! Actually, I am just here to send frantic choir committee emails, print a million pages of lecture notes, flail at my father about my computer issues (yes, I am getting my December birthday present in April) and have my mother give me wonderful wintery things like lentil and eggplant curry and a new pair of polarfleece pyjamas which she has sewn for me. Purple with swirly white snowflakes on them, and so comfortable. There is nothing better than homemade winter pyjamas. Nothing.

And now I am going to go home and handwrite some iconfics so that I can type them up quickly between my supervisor meeting and my lecture on SARS tomorrow. Am I dedicated to you lot, or what?

And some time next week I have to go and apply for a credit card because I AM LEAVING FOR AMERICA IN TWO MONTHS HEXACTLY.

My international flight leaves at 8am, so I was probably going to bus up the day before, and stay at the airport hotel that night.
