ryokophoenix and I should never, EVER be allowed to get our hands on a canon that involves mythology of any description. The floor is covered in books on classical mythology and pages of notes and we have...something. An idea. A conspiracy theory. A history. A crossover between BSG, mythology and the Bible. A mofo epic fic, if it ever gets written. We have spent the last few hours throwing snippets of Greek mythos back and forth and babbling incoherently Dionysus AHAHAHAHAHAHA and bemoaning the fact that we need to rewatch BSG S1 and get our hands on S2 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can incorporate all the stuff that happens on Kobol. If someone wants to send me a spoileriffic email about The Great Synchonous March Of Destiny and the tommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb and the constellations and all that...that would be much appreciated.
Just out of curiosity, someone HAS done some measure of public sniggering about the total juvenile euphemism inherent in inserting the Arrow of Apollo into the Tomb of Athena, right? Right? Surely. Me.
