Where are the Americans? Oh. All right then. I see how it is. America is a myth. A great big myth constructed to make us all believe that there is a world leader more bigoted and a country shinier and larger than our own. I know I went there a few years back, but I expect I was just kidnapped and had the 'memories' inserted into my mind. If I think really hard and drink lots and lots and lots of coffee I can get flashbacks of neon probes.

And right now there's been an error in the system and all the not!Americans suddenly don't exist any more. Because they're not really there. They belong to a foreign power duping the rest of us into this false sense of Western capitalist envy.
