- My days aren't really all that typical, there are some when I have nothing to do at all and some where I might be given two jobs and come home late. I try and always have breakfast with Subaru-kun, though.

- First I'd seriously question the sanity of whatever judge awarded me a child. Then I'd make Subaru-kun look after it until I could find somewhere else for it to live. I am not adopting someone else's kid.

Hisoka

- The way he's selfless without even thinking about it, always finding ways to make other people's lives a bit brighter.

Draco

- There's this tie that my mother makes me wear sometimes for family events. It's yellow and green, and makes me look bilious. I FEAR that tie.

Subaru

- Yes, I think there was. I mean, I guess I still loved him for all those years before 1999 but I managed to supress it a bit for the sake of my sanity.

Anyway, as soon as I saw him again for the first time all that went out the window. I'm still not quite sure how I managed to conduct a conversation when my heart was trying to thump its way out of my chest.

- My childhood was very happy, for the most part. There were lots of lessons about Japan and the spiritual responsibility I had, but I liked my job - still do - and didn't mind working hard. And of course there was Hokuto. It's hard to be truly unhappy when you've got a twin, I think. There's always someone there.

Seishirou

- Oh, I'm not going to go into places I'd like to have sex. That'd take away all the surprise for when I manage to drag Subaru-kun there. But we did have sex in the middle of Ueno Park, once.

- I really don't know if I could pinpoint a time. It wasn't the first time I saw him, that's for sure. I'm not that much of a craddlerobber. And he grew on me so quickly that I didn't really have a chance to guard against it... if you want an exact time, maybe a bit less than a month after I came into his life as the kind vet? I remember being exceedingly pissed off about it.

- Lae, obviously. Not all the time, just when he refuses to take things seriously and makes everything into a joke. That can be the most infuriating thing. Also the amount of time it takes him to do his hair before a mission, but I'm sort of accustomed to that by now.

- *laughs* Sorry, I'm not sure I'll be very good on the reassuring side here. He's gorgeous. Maybe a little too controlling for my tastes, but hey, it's not like we're going to start a relationship or anything.

- You have no idea. I suppose it wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have a point of comparison, but I am really at a loss as to how someone as good as Linlee managed to produce someone like Ember. Things are looking up a little now that Whistle and Hum have decided to act like semi-intelligent human beings.
And don't even get me STARTED on Ceigo. One of these days I am sesiously going to suspend that brat upside down in midair until he learns some manners, I don't care how much of my magic it takes.

Lestat: Do you ever find yourself getting really possessive when it comes to Louis? I mean, you ARE rather the jealous type. Also, don't you ever feel guilty about the way you treat him sometimes?

- Oh yes. All the time. I have this reflex where I put my hand on his arm whenever someone else so much as looks at him, and he finds it very annoying. Or endearing, if he's in a REALLY good mood.

- I still don't think I treated him that badly. I mean, I loved him, and I tried to show him how to make the best of his existence. It's not my fault he refused to learn. Still...yeah, occasionally. He makes these eyes at me...

Draco

1) He's gorgeous. Got that tortured-hero thing down pat, big sad eyes and messy hair and all that. Nice from an aesthetic point of view.

2) He's not nice. I know you said nice things, but that IS a nice thing in my books. And he isn't actually a sweet-natured person, he's volatile and fiery and interesting.

3) No matter what else you say about him, he's a bloody good flyer. No arguments there.

See, that's the wonderful thing about Galahad. I didn't have to do ANYTHING. He's got a fucked up sense of self-worth - not that you can blame the kid, his mother's dead and his father resents him for the year-long fight he and MY father had, so it's hardly like he's got much to build his ego on.

So yes. He LIKES being owned. It makes him feel safer, makes him feel like he's worth something.

Abuse? Hardly. It's all tied up in his guilt for existing, and he thinks he deserves the pain. I'm just providing it in such a way that both of us are happy afterwards. Or as happy as we can ever be. Neither of us are exactly winning any prizes for mental stability.

Love? I'm not even sure I believe in as a concept, even though he obviously feels something akin to it for me. God knows why. On my part - mostly it's desire, possession...

At the risk, my Lord, of sounding somewhat cliche, it's not a view I have. I love my children, and have something that approaches love for my wife. For my Galahad, I do not know yet. I enjoy baiting him, and he's good in bed. Aside from that, I don't know. I'm not saying that love, or thinking you are in love, doesn't get you in somewhat tricky situations though. A number of marriages in my family have fallen through do to unrequited love, or an infatuation.

Ah, yes, Arthur. Hmm. Lance loves him, that much is obvious to anyone with eyes and ears. But the King to love him? I do not think my father knows how.

- Oh, everything. He moves like a cat, he's the most beautiful thing I've ever set eyes on, and he was just so very human. Everything that an immortal could love about humanity in one perfect being, I just had to immortalise something like that.

- His voice. He has this low, reproachful tone that he uses when he's just slightly annoyed at me, and it's like listening to the loveliest music in the world. And listening to him curse in French, almost under his breath, and the oh-so-rare laughs that I can coax from him if I try very hard. Liquid velvet, I swear.

Well, my Lord, I can see our views on Galahad are somewhat similar. 'My' Galahad, as you referred to him.

I don't think my father knew just how much he loved Lance until Galahad showed up and he realised that he could have lost him to someone else.

Don't ever get married then. I have three so far. But yes, I do agree with you on that subject. From what you have said on your Galahad, I really wouldn't trust you to raise a child. You'd screw it up worse then yourself.

Yes, your Galahad, as opposed to my Galahad who is a very different creature. For instance, I would never dare try and put a collar on mine unless I was sure he wouldn't kill him. Which, considering he doesn't really have an qualms over killing those he think worthy, is not a lot of trust.

When my father and Lance met, Galahad was already born, so he knew about Lance's little bastard boy. But, as much as Lance is charming, he isn't going to go with anyone else. Not even flirt that much, so my father has nothing to shake him off his perch. Pity, that.

Galahad is quiet by nature, he doesn't initiate conversation often and he's soft-spoken even when he does talk. He's always been able to talk to me, though, even get angry at me - which he never does with anyone else.

So far? Lots of bruises and one split lip *laughs softly*
The only material thing he's given me is the ~~collar~~ choker. And...yes, I do like it. It felt a bit weird to wear for a while, but I hardly take it off now. It makes me feel safe. And he can hardly let one of our encounters go by without commenting on how beautiful it looks against my skin or something like that...and I guess I take all the compliments I can get, from him.

*automatic blush* What kind of question...? Fine. It was in a hotel room, a couple of weeks after that horrific incident where he almost passively killed himself because he thought I was dead. And I could feel that he wanted to kiss me and wasn't going to because he thought I'd run away. So I kissed him instead.

Depends on how you define 'meet'. The first time I saw him was when Lance introduced him formally to the court, and that was when he was seventeen and I was nineteen. My reaction? "Oh, my father's going to LOVE this..." And I thought he was the prettiest thing I've ever seen, of course. The first time we exchanged words was at sword practice, and that was just the formalities. He beat me embarrassingly easily. Noone can match my 'Ala for fighting.
And then there was the time we PROPERLY spoke, which involved me hitting on him like a ton of bricks and threatening him with expulsion from Court almost in the same breath. And he just looked slighly disdainful and didn't raise his voice. Hardly good first impressions.
