Mother is very happy because she hasn't had to cook anything all week. I'm getting quite addicted to it. Scary. She told me today to STOP BAKING because we had enough sweet food already. So I made corn fritters for lunch and mongolian beef for tea. I am teh cooking mastaa.
Also, was talking with Mum about some of her patients who have complex, screwed up family lives (no names or anything, confidentiality clauses and stuff), and my fic suddenly grew a few more characters. Eheh. Main cast now has 17 members...
[ Let's see if I can name them... *cracks knuckles* ...David, Tasha/Keiran, Jesse, Phillip, Natasha, Leonard, Elle, Laine, Leo, Paul, Debbie, Kim, Alex, Anthony, Max, James, Lexus
Which includes:
* 2 hookers
* 1 pimp
* 1 schizophrenic
* 1 split personality syndrome
* 4 alcoholics
* 3 homosexuals
* 2 bisexuals. But I'm sure half of them are repressed.
* 1 corpse
* 1 person who doesn't actually exist
* lawyers, hairdressers, psychiatrists, martial artists, computer geniuses...

...and really doesn't need any more, or I won't be able to develop them properly. And I have a vague plot, but need some subplots. And I've sorted out the narration. And I'm already in love with both Jesse and Kim. Gah. And I'm going to stop talking about this now because I badly need to rave about the plot but would bore everyone to death if I did so.
Needs a better name than Missing Pieces, though it'll do for a working title.
*random* Oh yes, who else is going to Bry's farewell party? Whereabouts in Glebe Park is it?
