Okay if you wish you can ignore my last entry which was full of darkness and guilt and weird thoughts and feeling sorry for myself. I just couldn't be stuffed to go and delete it.
Teegs and I have discovered that we BOTH had the "mystery illness" last night and are debating whether it was a curse or too much Pepsi Max. Ali, did you get sick at all?
Oh yes note for Teegs re: Monday.
My mother, being the organised control-freak that she is, is not all that keen on "arrive any time leave anytime", despite how appealing and free it sounds. Can you give vague times?? Vague as in "midmorning" "midafternoon" "lunchtime" kind of vague?? When will others be coming and leaving? And I also need your address which you probably won't want to post so you can email me if you like. Or if all your entries are "friends only" now then I guess you could post it. Whatever.
Really want to think of something cheerful and uplifting to write, because my sore throat is going away and I'm feeling slightly happier now. Plus my brother is calling me a bitch for not letting him onto the computer, so of course I need to stay on just a little longer to make him suffer. I'm such a nice, caring sister ;-)
Will post short amusing extract from draco trilogy to end on bright note. not spoilerish, just funny:
"So," said Harry, his eyebrows raised, "anybody want to venture a guess where Slytherin might be?"
Draco looked over at him. "Not really; why?"
"Because if my only other choice is to stand here and watch you two snog, I think I’d like to go spend some quality time with him. You know, I kinda think he liked me."
"Don’t whine, Potter," said Draco dispiritedly. "What I was trying to do, didn’t work. We’ll have to try something else."
"Is this something else going to involve clothing removal of any sort?"
"Yes," said Draco, his temper fraying, "I’m doing research for my new book ‘How to Fight Evil in the Nude.’"
Harry grinned. "Nobody would read a book called that."
"I would," said Fleur.
Harry rolled his eyes.
I WOULD!! I WOULD!! Are there illustrations??
*giggles for a while at thought of Draco fighting in the nude*
